Directions

From the A1, take the A696 to Newcastle Airport (approximately 3 miles). When you approach the airport roundabout, take the 2nd exit. At the next roundabout take the first exit and follow the signs to the Premium Meet & Greet facility.

Transfer to and from the Terminal

The Premium Meet & Greet car park is located opposite the airport check-in. Please proceed on foot to the terminal.

Arrival Procedure

Upon arrival at the Premium Meet & Greet car park, our photographic booths will record the condition of your vehicle. From here, drive towards the customer service centre and park up in a drop-off bay, and proceed to reception. Our representatives will greet you upon arrival, check your vehicle in, and issue a receipt. You can then make the 2 minute walk to the airport check-in using our sheltered walkway.

Please note: Premium Meet & Greet has a max height of 2.7m. We are unable to accept vehicles with 8 seats and above, parking for this type of vehicle is available in our Long Stay, Short Stay 1 and Short Stay 2 car parks.

Departure Procedure

Upon return, proceed back to our customer service centre located just opposite the airport arrivals point. Our representative will be awaiting your arrival with your keys ready. Your vehicle will be parked in a marked bay ready for collection. On exiting the car park, proceed through the photographic booth, then exit the car park.

Newcastle International Airport has been awarded the Park Mark security accreditation, which includes 24hr-dedicated Airport Car Park Security and CCTV, security fencing and gates.
