Note, we will hold a £5.00 cancellation fee for any bookings which are cancelled within 2 calendar days of arrival date
Refunds usually take between 3 to 5 days to arrive in your account
We accept all major debit/credit cards
Please ensure customer details provided, including address, match with the registered cardholder details, failure to do so may result in the transaction being declined. This can often be the case when using a business credit/debit card, if for example the card is registered to company address rather than employee address.

Please contact our team at [email protected] who will be able to check the transaction and booking for you. In most cases, this means the booking and payment have failed to process, however the amount may state ‘pending’ in your account for up to 5 days.
